Expobar Boiler Pressure Adjustment

Location of the adjuster inside the machine and how to adjust it.

The picture explains how to turn down the boiler pressure (and hence temperature), the wheel should be turned anticlockwise to lower pressure and clockwise to raise it.

However before adjusting this, you should consider a few things

What pressure the machine is reading at the moment? If it's around 1 bar to 1.3 bar, that's good for steaming and overall general operation, lowering pressure below 1 bar is not really a good idea and will weaken steaming.

Are you doing this to reduce the size of your cooling flush, are you doing the flush correctly?

If it's to reduce temperature (reduce pressure) or increase temperature (increase pressure), on what basis do you think you need to do this (taste, temperature measurement, how the water looks)?
