there was an opposite argument over on H-B, I think with an analogy of a steam room, which we as humans could sit in for a while, temperature around 80C, or is this for a sauna? And on the other hand, if we were to sit in water of that temperature, we would burn instantly. With this argument he was illustrating that water (liquid) transfers heat faster than steam.
